Verification · not open yet
The gold seal.A real human, confirmed.
Verification checks your identity with an external provider. If your avatar speaks about health, money or law, its record shows the scope you declare. It is not open yet.
Verification will open for records that are already registered. The clock on your registration date starts now.

What the gold seal confirms
Three things, checkable by anyone who opens your record.
A real human
An identity check confirms that a living, real person completed the verification, not a script, not a farm of accounts.
A named responsibility
The check backs the person named as responsible on the record: the name that answers for the avatar.
A date that was already yours
Verification does not restart anything: your original registration date and fingerprint stay untouched. The gold seal is added on top.
How it will work
Three steps, from your account to the gold fingerprint.
Start from your account
Once it opens, any registered record can begin verification with one click from your account.
Stripe Identity runs the check
The check itself happens on Stripe's side, the same identity infrastructure used by banks and marketplaces. TheHumanBehind never sees or stores your ID document.
Your seal turns gold
When the check passes, your public record shows the gold Verified seal, with the verification date. Number, date and hash remain exactly as registered.
What we store, and what we never store
Data minimisation is a design rule of the registry, not a promise.
- The result: verified, yes or no
- The date of the verification
- A reference to the verification session
- Your ID document, or any copy or scan of it
- Photos or video from the check
- Biometric data of any kind
The database has no place to put your document: by design, there's nothing to leak.
What it costs
Registering is free. Checking a verified record is free, for anyone, always. The terms of verification will be announced before it opens.
Registered vs Verified
| What you get | Registered | Verified |
|---|---|---|
| Available | Today | When it opens |
| What it proves | A private, dated self-declaration of responsibility | A real human confirmed behind the record, listed publicly |
| Seal | Green fingerprint | Gold fingerprint |
| THB number, sealed date and hash | Included | Included |
The free level is always called Registered. Only records that pass the identity check may display the word Verified.
Verified is a product seal, not an official certification. It tells whoever reads your record that, when it was verified, a real person stood behind it. It is not a government accreditation, and it does not by itself fulfil legal obligations.
Questions about verification
Why Stripe Identity, and not you?
Identity checks are a specialised, sensitive job. Stripe Identity is the same infrastructure banks and marketplaces trust, and using it means the document never touches our systems. We only receive the result.
Does verifying change my registration date?
No. Your THB number, your sealed date and your hash stay exactly as they were registered. Verification adds a confirmation on top; it never rewrites your history.
Can a record lose the gold seal?
Yes. If the person behind it is no longer verified, the seal returns to green. The registration underneath, with its original date, remains.
Do I need to verify?
No. Registered is complete on its own and free. Verification is there for when a confirmed human identity behind the record is worth the extra step.
